Out of an abundance of caution. Social distancing. Pandemic.
A slew of new vocabulary has been thrown our way in the past 3 weeks as the world has been turned upside down and subsequently put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
On today’s podcast, I share how our family is adjusting to our #stayhome orders. I share ways that I’m managing my anxiety and panic attacks, as well as how I’m trying to reframe my mindset.
It’s really easy to see all of the negativity right now. To see what we can’t do, can’t have and where we can’t go. BUT, the more we think about that, the more it negatively affects our mental health.
As someone who has struggled with anxiety and mental health for a while, I know that if I don’t keep a positive mindset, I can easily spiral into an unhealthy place for not only myself, but my family.
So, today I’m talking about how I’m choosing to see the bright side of my current situation. I’m talking about how we can reframe our mindset to make this time a welcome interruption so that we can stay mentally healthy.
